Diagramics: Visual Automation with Samsung VXT

Samsung VXT is integrating with Diagramics visual automation platform another industry solution into its new CMS offering. The Canadian B2B ISV is specialized in data-driven visualization in industrial environments. Together with Samsung, the solution, which can be fully integrated into VXT, will now also be made available to retailers.

During ISE, Samsung presented its first integration with an industry solution: the AI retail platform Cielo (invidis report). The retail marketing and in-store management platform Cielo now also offers a digital signage CMS with VXT. At Infocomm in Orlando, Samsung presented another new VXT integration partner: Diagramics.

The Canadian platform provider offers customized integration and visualization solutions for companies in higher education, defense, public administration, manufacturing, and finance. Diagramics offers customers in asset-intensive industries visualization solutions based on CRM/ERP and IoT data.

The Visual Automation Platform, optimized for industrial use, will now also be offered to retailers displaying available products based on available inventory to consumers on in-store digital signage screens. This will require more visually sophisticated visualization than is currently common in logistics or on assembly lines.

With VXT on Screens and Kiosk Terminals

The combination of Diagramics and Samsung VXT CMS will enable retailers to display their products, depending on inventory levels, on any digital signage screen in the retail space or outdoors on order terminals, LED displays, or other displays.

Starting in the third quarter of 2025, Diagramics’ new VXT apps for retail will initially be available to select users in Canada and the USA.
