Dgtgroup: A New Market Leader Emerges

The Belgian company Dgtgroup is expanding through acquisitions to become a leading digital signage provider with its own CMS platforms in Belgium and the Netherlands. With its two latest acquisitions, TSS and NFGD, Dgtgroup now has 120 employees and generates €40 million in annual revenue.

Not only large market players like Econocom are acquiring digital signage providers on a regular basis (two acquisitions this week alone), but also much lesser-known regional champions are consolidating the market. The Belgian Dgtgroup from Antwerp, which was formed over the past twelve months from the merger of six digital signage and ProAV integrators, is particularly active. With these two most recent acquisitions, Dgtgroup is strengthening its presence in the Netherlands, in particular.

New acquisitions: NFGD and TSS

Antwerp-based Dgtgroup, a leading provider of digital signage and smart office solutions, is acquiring Dutch integrators NFGD and TSS. As a result, the company now has 120 employees and generates approximately €40 million in annual revenue. With this move, Dgtgroup joins Econocom, ZetaDisplay, First Impression, and M-Cube as a major player in the ProAV and digital signage market in the BeNeLux region. The acquisitions also support Dgtgroup’s continued growth of its as-a-service business model.

With the acquisition of TSS, Dgtgroup is entering the Dutch digital signage market. TSS is also bringing Evado, its own digital signage software platform with more than 15,000 active licenses, to the group.

With the acquisition of NFGD, Dgtgroup is expanding its service offering to include additional end-to-end ProAV solutions, rental, interpretation services, and facilities for live productions and streaming. This demonstrates the company’s proximity to the EU administration in Brussels and many international organizations in the BeNeLux region.

Both Dutch companies will continue to operate under their own names and retain their proven teams. The group is led by CEO Jan Bussels.

Six become one

Dgtgroup was formed from the merger of Digitopia, Centomedia, Aviniti, and ThisPlays2 in June 2024. Benelux investor Smile Invest acquired a majority stake in the company in January 2025. With the acquisition of TSS, Dgtgroup CMS’s installed base now stands at approximately 50,000 active licenses.
