Brazil’s largest DooH media owner, Eletromidia, has acquired 4yousee, LATAM’s largest digital signage CMS and analytics platform, which has over 40,000 installed touchpoints. Eletromidia, previously the platform’s main customer, has now taken control of its primary supplier.
Brazil is the second-largest digital signage market in LATAM, after Mexico, and the 8th largest economy globally. With a population of 213 million, it is by far the largest country in Latin America.
Founded in 2006, 4yousee is the leading CMS provider in Brazil’s digital signage market, serving retailers, QSR operators, and gas stations. With an installed base of over 40,000 SaaS licenses, this number is expected to grow significantly under Eletromidia’s new ownership.
Eletromidia, even larger than JC Decaux, is the leading OoH media owner in Brazil, reaching 22 million people daily through more than 60,000 touchpoints, including 40,000 DooH screens. Its DooH network spans nearly 100 premium shopping malls, roadside screens in transit shelters, and small screens on trains and subways in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Salvador. Eletromidia also markets airport screen networks, such as those in Rio de Janeiro.
4yousee will be integrated as a separate division within Eletromidia to achieve scale and reduce costs. Its management team, Joaquim Lopes and Wemerson Silva, will remain in place and continue to lead the digital signage CMS and analytics business as executives of Eletromidia.
