Business: Uniguest Retires Tripleplay, E-Stream and P-Care Brands Under Hub

Tripleplay becomes Hub AV, E-Stream becomes Hub Media, and P-Care becomes Hub IPS as Uniguest consolidates its core technology platforms under a common identity.

The rebranding brings the three platforms into Uniguest’s broader Hub portfolio, alongside the Digital Engagement Platform introduced when the company relaunched Otrum under the Hub name at ISE 2025. By bringing its flagship platforms under a single identity, Uniguest aims to simplify its portfolio and make it clearer to customers and partners how its technologies fit together to deliver connected digital experiences.

Uniguest has built much of its technology portfolio through acquisitions including it’s recent acquistion of Visix, creating the challenge of bringing products developed by different companies under a more cohesive structure. The company took a major step in that direction in 2024 with the launch of Hub, which, as reported by invidis, brought previously separate digital engagement tools into a single cloud-based platform.

The changes are limited to branding, with Uniguest saying the underlying technology, product roadmaps and support teams will remain the same.

Under the new structure, Hub AV provides IPTV, digital signage and video distribution technology for markets including enterprise, hospitality and sports. Hub Media covers media management, enterprise video and content delivery, while Hub IPS focuses on interactive patient experiences for healthcare providers.

The broader Hub platform provides tools for managing and delivering digital experiences across hospitality and other environments.

“Tripleplay, E-Stream and P-Care have built incredibly strong reputations in their respective markets, and we recognize the trust and recognition associated with those names,” said James Keen, EVP of marketing at Uniguest. “While those names are changing, the technology, expertise and relationships behind them remain.”

The rebranding is the latest step in Uniguest’s effort to simplify a portfolio that has expanded through acquisitions and product development. The new names are effective immediately.
