After ISE, the digital signage industry’s annual planning continues: Registration is open for Infocomm 2025, which will be held in Orlando, Florida, from June 7 to 13—just two weeks after DSS Europe 2025 in Munich.
Infocomm, ISE’s North American sister show, will return to the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida this year. The event is held there every two years, alternating with Las Vegas. It will begin on June 7, about two weeks after the Digital Signage Summit (DSS) Europe, and run until June 13. Registration is already open, as announced by organizer Avixa.
Avixa has also announced 150 new exhibitors for this year. The trend topics for the 2025 trade fair include the interfaces between AV, IT, and broadcast, the impact of AI on AV, and developments in the workspace sector. Technological advances are expected primarily in the areas of LED, AV-over-IP, interactivity, and software and CMS platforms.
The actual exhibition at Infocomm will open on Wednesday, June 11, with the supporting program starting on Saturday, June 7. The educational program will cover 10 subject areas: Audio, Broadcast AV, Enterprise and Project Management, Conferencing & Collaboration, Design and Inclusion, Diversity and Accessibility, Digital Signage, Enterprise IT, Events & Entertainment, and Learning Spaces. Sessions on AI will be featured across all areas, including the use of AI in audio, security aspects in conferencing & collaboration, and its role in the broadcast production process.
New workshops include topics like “AV Program Management Mentalities: Creating a Consistent User Experience at Scale” and “The Esports Facility Formula: Balancing Gamer Experience, Community Impact, and Stakeholder Value.”
Infocomm will also feature Integrated Experience Tours, where attendees can see real AV applications and learn from technical teams. One tour will showcase the collaboration between Cirque du Soleil and Disney in the “Drawn to Life” show, while another will take visitors through the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, exploring its various venues.
