Palm Springs | An exclusive exchange under the Californian sun: At the Executive Lounge, top leaders from the digital signage industry gathered to discuss emerging trends like on-edge AI. Here are some impressions from the weekend.
Being in the same room with competitors, understand their business situations and discussing the future of the industry. The big trade shows don’t offer much space and time for such interactions. This is why, years ago, invidis introduced the “Executive Lounge Format” and brought it to the USA for the first time this year.
Thought leaders from all signage segments
Over the weekend, 13 executives from the North American digital signage industry gathered in Palm Springs, Southern California. From software providers such as Navori and Poppulo, to integrators such as Sagenet and display provider Bluefin. Dave Haynes from the invidis partner portal Sixteen-Nine also joined the crowd.
Over the course of two days, competitors and partners were able to exchange ideas on a wide variety of occasions — during the welcome drinks, while playing golf, and over dinner in the evening. Prior to that, Florian Rotberg and Stefan Schieker hosted an intensive afternoon program, including a market update, along with lively discussions on trends like on-edge AI, potential tariffs, and managed services.
More Executive Lounges around the world
Following the success of the US event, invidis plans to host the Executive Lounge at several locations worldwide next year. These include Infocomm China in Beijing, Infocomm India in Mumbai, and a final event in Munich. All dates can be found in the invidis event calendar.
