The DooH industry bread and butter business are networks, but iconic DooH installations in global cities are the highlights in every portfolio. DooH icons are well known worldwide, loved by social media, and coveted by advertisers. JC Decaux is now bringing another icon to Australia.
In the heart of Melbourne, JC Decaux Icon is a new unique 700 m² DooH all-round location that is one of the largest DooH screens in the southern hemisphere.
The JC Decaux Icon Melbourne comprises four digital screens that have been seamlessly integrated into the facade of a new luxury apartment building in Melbourne. Two additional classic large-format locations complement the digital screens and, according to JC Decaux, are set to become a new visual landmark for the city of millions, similar to Piccadilly Lights in London.
Campaigns on the iconic DooH installation are sold for 14 days with a reach of half a million contacts. The launch customer is BMW, which complemented its static motifs with a light installation.
The JC Decaux Icon Melbourne joins a number of JC Decaux flagship locations, including Young & Jackson and White Street Gantry in Melbourne, The Continental in Auckland and Aspire in Sydney’s central business district.
