Barcelona and ISE continue to grow closer together. Pere Aragonès, head of the regional government of Catalonia, and Mike Blackman from ISE have now confirmed the good relationship in a meeting.
In a meeting between Mike Blackman, Managing Director of Integrated Systems Events and Pere Aragonès, Head of Government of the Regional Government of Catalonia, the two discussed the success stories in the run-up to ISE 2024 – for example, the 30 percent increase in exhibting space compared to last year. Pere Aragonès announced this in a Linkedin post.
The head of government also emphasized that Barcelona, together with ISE, is ready to take a leading position in the European ProAV market.
ISE is an important economic factor for Barcelona. A calculation from 2023 showed that ISE injected 385 million euros into the regional economy of Barcelona.
