Lots of companies issue press releases when they revamp their websites, and in just about every instance, my reaction amounts to: “Well, that’s nice.”
Or less delicately put: “Yeah, so …”
However, I pay more attention when it is a creative shop, and I was rewarded with good stuff when I got an email from my Kirk VanderLeest and the crew at Portland-based Flixio. The creative agency, focused heavily on digital signage work, has posted a very slick, very different kind of site that should make some of their competitors (as few as there are) take some notice.
