Belgium-based Dgtgroup continues its rapid expansion across the Benelux digital signage market. With the acquisition of Ocular, an experience-focused integrator located near Bruges, the company takes another step toward becoming a relevant European player of integrated solutions for digital communication, workplace technology, and immersive brand experiences.

Acquisition: Dgtgroup Builds €50m Integrator
The move comes a year after investor Smile Invest joined Dgtgroup at the beginning of 2025. Since then, CEO Jan Bussels has been systematically building a regional champion around the in-house CMS platform Centoview. In July 2025, Dgtgroup expanded into the Netherlands through the acquisitions of TSS and NFGD, strengthening both its market presence and its technical capabilities. Now, with the acquisition of Ocular, Dgtgroup adds immersive experience design and an interactive CMS Xperify to its portfolio.
Ocular brings deep expertise in concepts, technical design, and installation of immersive environments – from interactive experience centers to museum installations. At the heart of these projects lies Xperify, the company’s in-house software platform developed to power interactive and multi-sensory experiences.
Ocular’s integration into Dgtgroup creates a combined workforce of around 140 employees managing more than 50.000 screens and sets the organization on course to achieve €50 million in turnover by 2026. The combined group of seven companies now operates with a mix of scale, in-house software, AV integration expertise, and creative experience capabilities – a combination that positions it not only in digital signage, but also in Smart Office solutions and immersive brand experiences.
For Dgtgroup CEO Jan Bussels, the strategy is clear: the Benelux region provides a solid foundation for building a broader European presence. The combined portfolio now spans CMS technology, workplace solutions, audiovisual integration, and experiential design – all under one organizational roof. The company captures this ambition with a new motto that reflects both regional identity and international aspirations: “Built in the Benelux. Ready for Europe.”
With Ocular on board, Dgtgroup is evolving beyond an enterprise workplace digital signage integrator. The group now offers fully integrated solutions that connect corporate communication, brand storytelling, and spatial design.
