PPDS announces new management structure: Ron Cottaar and Jae O Choi Park have been promoted to lead key teams as Head of Global Marketing and EMEA Commercial Head, respectively.
PPDS: Jae Park and Ron Cottaar Take on Key Roles
PPDS has made changes to its EMEA sales and global marketing management teams, promoting Jae O Choi Park and Ron Cottaar to help drive the company’s growth.
Jae O Choi Park, who became PPDS’s European Sales Director in 2022, is now officially EMEA Commercial Head—a new role in the company. He joins Angela Lin (US and Latin America), Jason Wu (China), and Rosa Chiu (APA and India) as part of the global Commercial Heads team. Park had been serving in this role on an interim basis since 2024. He will now lead all sales and support activities in Europe and work to advance PPDS’s global growth and expansion plans.
Expanding global presence
Ron Cottaar is now Head of Global Marketing, leading teams worldwide. He will create new strategies to grow PPDS’s global presence and strengthen the PPDS brand and values locally, regionally, and internationally. Ron has worked at PPDS for seven years.
Based at the company’s headquarters in Amsterdam, Netherlands, Ron reports directly to PL Wang, Vice President of PPDS’s parent company, TPV Technology.

This restructuring follows the unexpected death of Martijn van der Woude, who passed away in April after suffering a cardiac arrest.
