DSS Europe 2025: Networking at its Best

With breakfast meetups, smart matchmaking, and the always-popular beer garden evening, this year’s DSS Europe offers a mix of fresh and familiar networking formats. Be sure to download the event app to get the most out of your experience.

The Digital Signage Summit Europe (DSS Europe) has always been more than just a conference. Over the span of two – and now three – days, industry peers gather at the Hilton Munich Airport Hotel to learn, connect, and share ideas. This year’s event, which will take place from May 21 to 23, is packed with new networking formats to make sure you meet the right people.

Themed industry breakfasts

For the first time, attendees can kick off their day with dedicated networking breakfasts before the main sessions begin. On Friday morning, there will be two regional market gatherings: the DACH Breakfast with invidis impact and the France Breakfast with the Club du Digital Media. These relaxed meetups give you the chance to chat with others from your region, swap ideas in your own language, and hear from local experts. Both events are supported by PPDS.

Also on Friday morning, the Women’s Breakfast – sponsored by Lenovo – returns after a hugely successful debut last year. The event will feature a panel discussion focused on the challenges women face in the AV industry, along with practical questions designed to spark meaningful conversations during the networking session that follows. And while it’s called the Women’s Breakfast, everyone is welcome – men included.

On Thursday evening, DSS Europe’s much-loved beer garden night is back. All attendees are invited to head to the nearby Airbräu for a casual evening of Bavarian food, cold beer, and great company. Thanks to Lenovo, the night is fully sponsored – no extra cost for attendees.

Download the new event app for matchmaking

And there’s more: throughout Thursday and Friday, the Chicago Foyer at the Hilton will host matchmaking sessions. Just let the Summit app know your interests, and it’ll suggest people to connect with – making it easier than ever to find the right conversations. The new DSSE 2025 app is now available for download on the Apple App Store and on Google Play.
