Zero-In: Trison Acquires US Integrator

Trison, Europe’s largest digital signage integrator, has acquired Zero-In, a long-time partner based in New York City. This strategic takeover strengthens Trison’s global leadership and provides entry into the U.S. market, the world’s largest but highly fragmented digital signage market.

Zero-In, based in New York City and New Jersey, has been a long-standing digital signage partner of Trison. Its founder and CEO, Mitchell Goss, has worked closely with Peter Critchley, Managing Director of Trison UK (formerly Beaver), for many years. Together, they developed a CMS for Google ChromeOS, now used on thousands of media players by Trison and Zero-In customers across both sides of the Atlantic.

Trison’s strategic acquisition of Zero-In is a logical step to strengthen its presence in the North American market. European integrators have been looking for partners in the USA for years in order to roll out global projects with their own teams in the USA. Trison is now the first large European integrator—among Trison, M-Cube, Zetadisplay, and Vertiseit/VisualArt—to take the leap across the pond.

“With Zero-In, we are continuing our international expansion, strengthening our position in North America and expanding our capabilities in strategic sectors such as quick service restaurants, banks and fitness,” said Trison’s CEO Alberto Cáceres.

Full service for retail experiences

Zero-In is a full-service digital signage integrator with a strong agency focus. While the agency is based in the hip Flatiron District in Manhattan, the technical team is based in an industrial park outside the city limits in New Jersey. Founder and CEO Mitch Goss is one of the leading creative minds in the American digital signage industry. The company counts customers such as Equinox, Sweetgreen, Cava, Brookfield Properties, Shake Shack, Five Guys, LA Fitness, Bank of Hawaii, Mendocino Farms, Barry’s, Portillo’s, and others in its portfolio.

Mitchell Goss, CEO of Zero-In, commented: “We have worked with the incredible people on the Trison team for years and are excited about the opportunity to finally combine our families to become the leading global provider of digital experience solutions.”

Trison becomes a global provider

With the acquisition, Trison now operates 17 offices in 14 countries with approximately 500 employees.
