Signage Stick: Signagelive Teams with Amazon

Signagelive joins the list of Amazon’s CMS software partners and can now integrate with Amazon’s Signage Stick, the super affordable media player alternative the e-commerce giant introduced last year.

Just before ISE, software provider Signagelive announced the integration of its digital signage software with the Amazon Signage Stick, that’s intended to be a super accessible digital signage tool. Amazon promotes it for businesses of all sizes but it’s clear that it’s targeted more towards SMEs.

Amazon launched the Signage Stick at the end of 2024. The stick is like a mini media player and provides access to a list of Amazon’s digital signage CMS partners, which now includes Signagelive.

The Signagelive stick combination enables the delivery of 4K videos in full-screen or multi-zone formats that can also be distributed across multiple screens in a network. It connects to screens via Wi-Fi. To enhance cybersecurity, the Amazon Signage Stick features a bootloader that blocks malware uploads and includes data encryption for added protection. Additionally, Signagelive is ISO 27001 certified.

Jason Cremins, CEO of Signagelive. says: “The Amazon Signage Stick provides Signagelive customers with a cost-effective media player that is easy to purchase and get up and running in a few minutes. The performance and 4k resolution help ensure that the Amazon Signage Stick can handle most content requirements and use cases.”

Signagelive will exhibit at next week’s ISE in Barcelona in Digital Signage Hall 4 – at booth 4P130.
