A new year is upon us and we are once again supporting the digital signage industry with numerous networking events, conferences, and publications. This year, we have even more in store: we will be hosting executive retreats around the world as well as a Developers Conference as part of our big Munich Summit. And we will be publishing a separate yearbook for DooH and retail media.

ISE 2025: Digital Signage Summit and Retail Track
The Digital Signage Summit (DSS) at ISE 2025 will kick off the 2025 business year. The conference, organized by invidis, puts the major topics of the year on the agenda:
- AI applications that are influencing the digital signage world the most, such as virtual shopping assistants
- Cyber security – how to make signage networks more secure by choosing the right operating system, hardware and third-party applications
- Managed Services – the potential of managed services for digital signage, what the model means for integrators and how to become a managed services provider
- E-paper – the rapid development and potential of THE display technology 2025
In addition, this year’s ISE will not only feature conferences and summits, but also content tracks on the five most important trends and topics of the trade fair: AI, Audio, Cybersecurity, Sustainability and Retail. The Retail Track will be curated and moderated by invidis and introduced by our selection of the coolest stores of the year. Among the 9 expert sessions, there will also be a practical guide from invidis on digital signage and retail technologies at ISE.

DSSE 2025: The first Developers Conference for digital signage
The big Digital Signage Summit Europe (DSSE) will take place over three days this year, from May 21 to 23 in Munich. The Developers Conference, which also includes a hackathon specifically for digital signage, will kick things off the event this year.
As part of the DSSE, we will also be launching our invidis Yearbook 2025, which is known throughout the industry as the digital signage bible.
New: The DooH & Retail Media Yearbook
In line with the rapid development in the DooH and retail media sectors, we have decided to dedicate a separate yearbook to these industries this year. The invidis DooH & Retail Media Yearbook 2025 will be published as part of Dmexco in September 2025 and trade fair visitors will be able to secure the first print editions.
