M&A: Moving Walls Acquires Indian OoH SaaS Provider Adarth

DooH adtech provider Moving Walls expands its Indian footprint with Adarth, adding AI-powered SaaS for OoH media owners and extending its automation and programmatic capabilities.

The Singapore-based adtech firm Moving Walls has acquired Adarth, an India-based software provider for out-of-home media owners. Moving Walls’ platforms – including a demand-side platform and other DooH-specific solutions – are used by agencies and brands across Asia Pacific, the Middle East and North Africa, the U.S., and Latin America.

The acquisition strengthens Moving Walls’ presence in the Indian market, which is experiencing rapid growth but remains highly fragmented. Adarth, founded in 2021, provides a cloud-native SaaS platform for OoH operators, focusing on inventory management and workflow automation supported by AI. Through the deal, Adarth’s customers will gain access to Moving Walls’ broader automation stack, including tools for campaign planning, measurement, and programmatic activation.

Moving Walls said Adarth’s local client base and agile product development complement its global platform, which spans multiple markets in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Adarth’s co-founders noted that joining Moving Walls will allow them to expand offerings in measurement, programmatic access, and omnichannel planning for Indian media owners.

The Adarth team will continue supporting existing clients while gradually integrating additional Moving Walls products. Financial terms of were not disclosed. The acquisition follows Moving Walls’ takeover of the audience intelligence company Insightz Club last fall, another Singapore-based tech start-up.
