After five years, Sharp fully acquired all shares of the jointly owned NEC–Sharp Display Solutions subsidiary last fall. As the next step, the display unit has now been integrated into the One Sharp portfolio, bringing displays, IT services and office technology together under one roof.

B2B: Sharp Integrates Display-Unit into One Sharp
Last week, Sharp’s European teams and partners gathered in Lisbon for the Sharp Inspire Expo. The European Sharp organization – expanded through multiple acquisitions in recent years – presented itself to partners for the first time as “One Sharp”, an integrated solutions company. With this step, Sharp reaches its long‑standing goal of offering B2B customers a comprehensive range of solutions and services from a single source.

Backed by majority shareholder Foxconn, the Japanese electronics group is repositioning itself as a provider of technology, services and digital innovation. Beyond traditional office technology such as printers, the new Sharp portfolio now includes display solutions and a broad European IT services offering.
Sharp DX: A Unified IT Services Offering
A key highlight of Inspire Expo 2026 was the launch of Sharp DX (Sharp Digital Experience), a new brand consolidating all of Sharp’s IT services units across Europe. Sharp DX is the result of several strategic acquisitions over the past five years, including Complete IT in the UK, ITpoint in Switzerland and Apsia in France. In Spain and Italy, more than 500 IT service specialists have also been integrated under the new brand.
Sharp DX offers IT solutions and services across cloud, cybersecurity, managed services, digital workflows and AI‑driven tools, supported by scalable service models and a strong consulting focus. While the new Sharp DX teams will naturally promote Sharp Display Solutions, Sharp Display continues to prioritise the ProAV and digital signage channels across Europe. One of the greatest strengths inherited from the NEC acquisition remains its established and highly regarded ProAV ecosystem. Sharp plans to further strengthen its channel investments through the SharpOne platform and the Sharp PartnerShop.
At the Lisbon event, Sharp introduced SharpOne, a new partner portal providing marketing materials, service and support content, news, event updates and enablement tools. The platform is designed to make collaboration with Sharp faster, easier and more effective for partners, supporting joint growth.
