As we round out 2025, the digital signage industry stands at an inflection point, defined by convergence, intelligent automation and a growing demand for complete managed solutions. For Zetadisplay, this has been a year of acceleration and alignment. We have sharpened our strategic direction, strengthened our service proposition and expanded our international reach, advancing our position as a global full-service digital signage provider.
Today’s customers no longer want to juggle multiple vendors for hardware, software, creative and service. They want a trusted partner that can design, deliver and manage every element of their digital signage ecosystem. Zetadisplay delivers exactly that blending creative strategy, enterprise software and scalable infrastructure into one seamless solution.
At the heart of our offer is Engage Suite, our proprietary digital signage software platform. Engage Suite has evolved into a high-performance solution that enables clients to manage content, monitor display networks and integrate seamlessly with the enterprise IT landscape. Its flexible architecture supports omnichannel campaign execution and real-time responsiveness, empowering users to work efficiently while delivering measurable business results.
Zedda Bot, the AI assistant
In 2025, we took our customer service offering a step further with the launch of Zedda Bot, our AI-powered digital assistant. Embedded within Engage, Zedda Bot transforms the user support experience by offering answers, automating service tickets and intelligently routing issues. It is a smarter, faster and more intuitive way to deliver support, replacing outdated helpdesk models and increasing service quality and speed.
We also see AI reshaping content itself. Increasingly, screens are moving from scheduled playlists to predictive, context-aware content, driven by sensors, APIs and machine learning. This shift toward intelligent content automation is already delivering significant uplift in engagement and relevance.
Retail media has also surged this year, with physical environments increasingly being monetized as data-rich, digital advertising networks. We are proud to lead in this space, particularly through our strategic partnership with Coop Norway. Together, we are rolling out a comprehensive retail media platform, combining state-of-the-art hardware, AI-driven software and managed services, that delivers targeted content at the point of decision-making. This is not only enhancing the customer journey but creating entirely new revenue streams for retailers and advertisers.
M&A high on the agenda
As the industry continues to consolidate, M&A is high on our agenda. We have recently welcomed Ubiq to the Zetadisplay group, a strategically important addition to our operations in Sweden. The acquisition enhances our position in high street retail, QSR and workspace environments, adding a complementary customer base and design-led expertise and builds further depth into our Swedish offering.
We are also actively helping to shape the next generation of digital signage markets by expanding into emerging markets. A notable example is our strategic collaboration with Enra Technologies in South Africa. By deploying our Engage Suite as the software component alongside their full-service offering across retail, manufacturing and financial services, we are introducing the benefits of enterprise-grade digital signage to a market still in its early stages. Through these type of partnerships, we are building infrastructure, transferring knowledge, and raising the standard of what digital signage can achieve.
Looking ahead, the future of digital signage will be intelligent, responsive and integrated. We see a continued shift toward data-driven content, AI-supported service models and programmatic DooH. Sustainability, too, will be central to the way solutions are designed and delivered, from low-energy displays to remote system management and circular hardware strategies.
