Artificial Intelligence is reshaping every corner of the AV industry - from digital signage and ProAV to unified communications and workplace technology. At ISE 2026, the conversation should move beyond hype into practical transformation with the launch of Nexxt Explore, the first dedicated and free to attend AI-in-AV conference organized in partnership mit invidis.

ISE 2026: Nexxt Launches AI-in-AV Conference
Taking place Sunday and Monday before ISE 2026 at Fira Gran Via in Barcelona, Nexxt Explore is designed as a two-day pre-show program that brings together executive decision-makers, operational leaders, and innovators from across the AV ecosystem. The goal: to turn AI talk into actionable strategies and applied solutions.
Developed in partnership with invidis and HETMA (Higher Education Technology Managers Alliance), and supported by Integrated Systems Europe, the event promises to be a catalyst for organizations looking to move beyond fatigue and uncertainty into clear next steps.
Three Sessions, One Connected Journey
Hosted in the newly renovated CC2 Conference Centre, Nexxt Explore 2026 offers three modular sessions – each addressing a different layer of AI adoption:
- Relentless Relevance & Readiness – Executive Forum for the AI Age
A concentrated working session for senior leaders focused on competitive relevance, talent strategies, and organizational readiness in an AI-driven world. Expect concise keynotes, contrasting case studies, and guided roundtables. - Experimentation & Enablement – Building a Roadmap for AI Innovation
A practical summit for operational leaders who need to move from “we should do something with AI” to a concrete portfolio of experiments, repeatable methods, and scalable approaches. - Building Innovation – AI-Inspired Possibility & Prototyping Sprint
An intensive, hands-on sprint for solution architects, programmers, designers, and service leaders. Mixed teams will turn opportunities into pitches, business cases, and early prototypes to present back to peers.
Delegates can register for individual sessions or follow the full journey across both days.
The event targets all stakeholders in the AV and workplace ecosystem: vendors, integrators, consultants, and end-user technology leaders in both corporate and higher education environments. Thanks to the partnership with HETMA, the academic perspective will be well represented, while invidis ensures strong participation from the digital signage community.
