Global AV integrator AVI-SPL is streamlining its European operations with a unified leadership and operating model designed to simplify engagement for enterprise customers and accelerate delivery of digital workplace solutions across the region. The initiative brings all European markets under one strategic direction led by Michael Kellaway, newly appointed Managing Director for Europe.
According to AVI-SPL, Kellaway previously spearheaded a major turnaround in the UK and Ireland business, delivering record revenue growth, stronger operational discipline, and improved customer satisfaction. His track record and customer-first approach are supposed to position him to lead AVI-SPL’s next phase of European integration and growth.
Customers expect Pan-Europe Organisation
Hybrid work, multi-country deployments, and complex collaboration ecosystems have created new challenges for enterprises across Europe. Customers are demanding fewer handoffs, more consistency, and a single accountable partner.
The ProAV industry – especially manufactures – are often lacking a single contact point and unified service catalogues across the region. AVI-SPL is now responding to that need by creating a unified leadership team, one operating model for design, deployment, and support across all European markets and consistent service delivery in every region.

The European transformation aligns with AVI-SPL’s global expansion strategy under Jeff Faber, Senior Vice President, International. Kellaway will report directly to Faber to ensure Europe’s strategy remains fully integrated with AVI-SPL’s global delivery model and customer commitments.
