DCC Technology: Exertis-Group Becomes Nexora

The parent company of Irish pro-AV distributor Exertis – DCC Technology – is rebranding as Nexora. DCC plans to sell its global technology distribution business – the UK and Ireland operations were already sold to private equity investor Aurelius earlier this year.

DCC Technology (parent company of Exertis and Almo, among others) will now operate under the new brand Nexora. This follows the strategic realignment of the Irish parent company, DCC, to sell all its technology activities. Going forward, DCC will focus solely on energy trading.
