European digital signage integrator M-Cube strengthens its executive team to fuel ambitious growth plans. The company appointed former Vodafone Group Director Gianluca Pasquali as CEO, replacing Bernd Hofstetter. In addition, Markus Korn joins M-Cube as Group CSO.
M-Cube, the second largest pure-play digital signage integrator in Europe, strengthens its leadership team. The company welcomes Gianluca Pasquali as its new Group CEO and Markus Korn as Chief Sales Officer (CSO), effective April 1st. These strategic appointments are poised to propel M-Cube into its next phase of expansion, backed by the continued support of founding partners and HLD Group.
Gianluca Pasquali, the newly appointed CEO, brings a wealth of experience from his tenure at Vodafone, where he served among other roles as Director Retail, Digital, and Operations for the entire Vodafone Group. As a specialist in digital transformation and operational excellence, coupled with his background in strategic consulting at The Boston Consulting Group and M&A expertise from Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Pasquali has been selected to steer M-Cube’s future.
Alongside Pasquali, Markus Korn joins as CSO. Based in Frankfurt, Germany, Korn has over 25 years of industry experience, with senior leadership roles at LG Electronics Europe, Leyard Europe, and Samsung Electronics Germany.
Both Pasquali and Korn will work closely with M-Cube’s Executive Group President and Founder, Manlio Romanelli. The leadership changes are considered a key component of the growth and investment plan spearheaded by Romanelli, alongside founding partners Leonardo Comelli and Mike Sponza, with the financial backing of French private equity investor HLD Group.
