Barcelona | ISE 2025 was, unsurprisingly, another record-breaking trade show. It saw the highest number of unique visitors, total visits, and exhibitors ever. For the first time, exhibitors filled all available halls at Fira Barcelona. Visitor numbers from the DACH region also returned to Amsterdam levels.
ISE 2025 concluded with record-breaking success in Barcelona and surpassed all expectations. With 1,605 exhibitors across 92,000 m² (990,280 sq. ft) of net exhibition space, it was by far the largest edition ever.
As the world’s biggest ProAV trade show, it welcomed 85,351 unique visitors from 168 countries—a 15.5% increase from the previous year. Total registrations reached 110,540, with 185,700 visits over four days.
• Tuesday: 49,981 visitors
• Wednesday 59,038 visitors
• Thursday 49,716 visitors
• Friday 26,965 visitors

This year, the number of visitors from the DACH region also rose significantly, returning to levels last seen in the Amsterdam years. As Europe’s largest ProAV market, the region had experienced a decline in attendance following the move to Barcelona five years ago.
Amsterdam, ISE’s previous home, was within driving distance for many Germans, whereas traveling to Barcelona requires a flight. However, the full return of DACH visitor levels signals that the move to Barcelona was the right decision. Given ISE’s current size and expected growth, few other venues could accommodate a trade show of this scale.
