Yellow Bricks: Trison Acquires Sports Agency

Europe’s largest pure-play digital signage integrator, Trison, is taking over Yellow Bricks, a Malaga-based digital agency that specializes in fan engagement and audiovisual management at sporting events. The add-on acquisition complements Trison’s digital signage hardware stadium business and the content creation offering of Trison Necsum.

In addition to retail, automotive and luxury, Trison has been focusing more on the stadium business in recent years. A year ago, a separate stadium unit was founded and two stadium industry experts, Burkhard Mathiak (Unilumin and Gulliveo Media Services, among others) and Martin Orr (Expromo, Novastar, Ledcom), joined the team. The first major stadium project was the reconstruction of Real Madrid’s Bernabeau Stadium. Trison was responsible for the design and installation of the complex LED and display installations in the stadium, the shops, and the VIP suites. In total, Trison Sports counts 25 clubs and associations among its sports business customers.

Now, Trison is expanding its dedicated stadium offering with the acquisition of the digital sports agency Yellow Bricks. The Malaga-based agency with 12 employees specializes in fan engagement and audiovisual management at sporting events.

Yellow Bricks has more than a decade of experience in Spanish football (LaLiga) and Spanish basketball (ACB). The agency produces and manages digital content for stadium LEDs and displays. The offering for a modern stadium experience includes match statistics, audience interaction, real-time data, and the integration of live broadcast signals. In addition, YBCC offers technological advice for the installation of scoreboards, ProAV concepts, and interactive museums.
