Rimac kicked off its promotional tour in Times Square, presenting the 412 km/h Nevera R, valued at around 2.5 million euros. DooH was a key part of the event.
Last week, the fastest car in the world, the Rimac Nevera R, made its second public appearance in New York’s Times Square. This event marked the start of a promotional tour along the US East Coast and a social media campaign. Rimac showcased the Nevera R against the backdrop of Times Square, where they played a spot about the “fastest car in the world” on two LED screens. The recording of this live moment was shared on Tiktok, Facebook, and other platforms.
This August, Rimac unveiled its new speed monster at the Monterey Car Week in California. With the Nevera R, the Croatian hypercar developer has once again increased the performance of its Nevera base model: the electric car can go from 0 to 100 km/h in 1.74 seconds. Theoretically, it can reach speeds of 412 km/h, but is limited to 350 km/h.
Rimac is producing only 40 models of the Nevera R, and the one displayed in Times Square last weekend is among them. It has now traveled to Long Island for The Bridge classic car show, before visiting two Rimac showrooms in Greenwich and Manhattan. These locations are frequented by the super-rich in the USA, who are the target audience for the Nevera R, priced at around 2.5 million euros.
