Sixteen-Nine Podcast: The State of OoH in the USA

This week on the Sixteen-Nine podcast, Dave Haynes talks with OAAA president Anna Bader about the state of Out-of-Home (OoH) advertising, political ad spend, digital growth, and sustainability.

This week, Dave Haynes has Anna Bader on his podcast, president of the Outdoor Advertising Association of America (OAAA). Some of America’s largest OoH campanies are involved in the organization, working to protect the industry from political restraints, while looking for opportunities to grow OoH and, in particular, digital OoH (DooH).

On the Sixteen-Nine podcast, Dave Haynes and Anna Bader go into the state of the medium in the US, which is particularly busy at the moment with all the money flowing into political advertising this year. The two also touch on issues the European industry knows all too well, like a need to simplify the planning, buying, and distribution ecosystem. Finally, Dave asks Anna about the OAAA’s perspective on sustainability, which the OAAA’s German equivalent FAW is currently very invested in.
