Michael Luck Schneider works for the Digital Experience Design team at Gensler, the world’s largest architecture and design firm. His team designs media-enhanced spaces that appeal to people on an emotional level – regardless of whether they are exterior facades, retail areas, or workspaces.

In this design process, which places the human in the centre, it is important to first take a step away from the computer. In his presentation at the Digital Signage Summit (DSS) ISE 2024, Michael Luck Schneider talks about proof-of-concepts, mockups and prototypes – an essential part of experience design.
